What We Look For:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• A High School Diploma or GED is preferred, demonstrating a commitment to basic education.
• Comfortable with standing and walking for the duration of your shift.

Your Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and professionally upon their arrival, creating a welcoming first impression.
• Present menus, answer questions about dishes and beverages, and offer thoughtful recommendations.
• Accurately take food and drink orders, ensuring all special requests and dietary restrictions are noted.
• Promptly and efficiently deliver food and beverages to guests' tables.
• Maintain attentiveness to guests throughout their meal, anticipating their needs and providing proactive service.
• Process guest payments accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare tables for new guests, ensuring they are clean, organized, and properly set.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen and other service staff to ensure smooth and efficient service flow.
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and a focus on resolution.
• Adhere to all Ruby Tuesday service standards and operational procedures.
• Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
