Join the energetic team at Ruby Tuesday as a Bartender, where you'll be a key player in crafting exceptional drink experiences for our guests. This role involves more than just mixing beverages; you'll be creating a welcoming and engaging atmosphere at the bar. You will be responsible for preparing and serving a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, engaging with patrons, and ensuring a smooth and efficient bar service while adhering to Ruby Tuesday's standards for quality and hospitality.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent qualification is preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 30 lbs, occasionally maneuvering cases of beverages and bar supplies.
• Capable of standing for extended periods throughout your shift.
• Comfortable working in a potentially fast-paced environment.
• Dexterity to handle bar tools and equipment efficiently and safely.
• Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to Ruby Tuesday's drink recipes and guest preferences.
• Engage with bar guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the bar top, equipment, and surrounding workspace.
• Ensure accurate handling of cash and credit card transactions.
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and adhere to responsible alcohol service practices.
• Stock and replenish bar inventory, including liquor, beer, wine, and other supplies.
• Prepare garnishes and ensure all beverages are presented attractively.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations.
• Assist with opening and closing duties of the bar as required.
• Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure smooth service throughout the restaurant.
• Follow Ruby Tuesday's standards for guest service and satisfaction.
• Undertake other duties as assigned to support the overall operation of the bar and restaurant.
