Key Qualifications:

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase guest traffic.
• Effectively communicate with the management team, corporate office, and restaurant staff.
• Handle employee relations, including hiring, training, performance management, and disciplinary actions as needed.
