The role necessitates a strong commitment to work, precision, and capacity to independently operate during early hours to ready the store for customers.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently and accurately handle the unloading and unpacking of new product shipments.
• Arrange and categorize products in the storage area following the regulations set forth by the company.
• Arrange and restock store shelves with recently arrived merchandise and additional inventory kept in storage.
• Maintain a tidy and visually appealing display of products following the guidelines of visual merchandising.
• Provide support in the upkeep of a tidy, systematic, and secure storage area.
• Notify the relevant personnel of any inconsistencies or harm found in deliveries for prompt attention and resolution.
• Help with counting inventory and other duties related to stocking as required.
• Training will be given to safely operate machinery like hand trucks and pallet jacks.
• Work together seamlessly with fellow team members to guarantee smooth functioning of store activities.
• Adhere to all guidelines and protocols established by the organization.

Requirements:

• Capability to function autonomously and effectively during the early hours of the day, with flexibility in the exact commencement of work.
• Meticulous focus on precision and thoroughness when managing goods.
• Capable of regularly lifting and transporting goods weighing within a specified range (e.g., 25-50 lbs).
• The capacity to remain upright, move, flex, and stretch for prolonged durations.
• Strong organizational abilities and adherence to directions are essential attributes.
• Dependable and timely with a robust dedication to work.
• Essential comprehension and conversation abilities.
• One must be a legal adult, aged 18 years or older.
• While having previous involvement in stockroom or warehouse settings can be beneficial, it is not mandatory for this position.
