Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner, offering assistance and product knowledge.

• Maintain a strong understanding of product features, benefits, and current promotions.
• Contribute to achieving sales goals by effectively promoting merchandise and encouraging purchases.
• Assist in maintaining visual merchandising standards on the sales floor, ensuring a neat, organized, and attractive presentation of merchandise.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately, processing transactions and handling payments.
• Assist with inventory management tasks, including restocking shelves and ensuring product availability.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive and supportive work environment.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including loss prevention and safety guidelines.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Flexibility to work a schedule that meets the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive attitude and a passion for retail.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate amounts of merchandise.
