Responsibilities:

• Actively engage with customers, offering assistance and providing information about products.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
• Maintain a neat, organized, and well-stocked sales floor, adhering to visual merchandising standards.
• Assist in receiving, unpacking, and pricing merchandise, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe store environment for both customers and associates.
• Assist with inventory management tasks, including stock replenishment and identifying low stock levels.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a friendly and professional manner.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, including loss prevention guidelines.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve store goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by store leadership to support store operations.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow directions and learn new tasks quickly.
• Flexibility to work a schedule that may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate amounts of merchandise.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn about Ross products and procedures.
