Key Responsibilities:

• Greet arriving individuals warmly and with a positive energy to make them feel comfortable.
• Maximize seating capacity by strategically organizing the waitlist, table assignments, and guest traffic to ensure efficient table turnover.
• Lead visitors to their designated dining spots and offer them menu choices.
• Inform about possible waiting durations and cater to special seating requirements when able to do so.
• Maintain a neat and orderly entrance and host stand environment.
• Support in the coordination of grand parties and significant events.
• Support guests with their inquiries by sharing information on menu selections and ongoing specials.
• Support team members by lending a hand in tidying up and reorganizing tables as requested.
• Ensure that Buffalo Wild Wings' standards for service and cleanliness are met consistently.

Qualifications:

• Having robust interpersonal skills and clear communication aptitude is highly valuable.
• Exhibiting a calm and professional demeanor when faced with a fast-paced atmosphere.
