Responsibilities:

• Receive and process incoming merchandise shipments accurately and efficiently.
• Organize and stock merchandise on the sales floor and in backroom areas according to company guidelines.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe stockroom environment.
• Assist with pricing and tagging of merchandise as needed.
• Collaborate with store team members to ensure smooth and efficient inventory flow.
• Utilize inventory management systems and tools effectively.
• Support loss prevention efforts by adhering to inventory control procedures.
• Communicate any inventory-related issues or concerns to the appropriate team members.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to lift, bend, and move merchandise as needed.
• Basic math skills for inventory counting and processing.
