Responsibilities:

• Work directly with business stakeholders to gather and document system requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for enhancement, automation, and improved efficiency.
• Develop detailed functional and technical specifications for new systems or modifications to existing ones.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure the accurate implementation of system designs and specifications.
• Participate in system testing and quality assurance processes to verify the integrity and functionality of implemented solutions.
• Provide ongoing support for existing systems, troubleshooting issues and implementing timely resolutions.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of system documentation, including user manuals and technical guides.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry best practices to recommend innovative solutions.
• Assist in the planning and execution of system upgrades and implementations.
• Work collaboratively with other IT teams, including infrastructure, security, and database administration, to ensure seamless system operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to gather and document system requirements clearly and concisely.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Adaptability and a willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies.
• A proactive approach to identifying and resolving system-related issues.
• A strong interest in leveraging technology to improve business processes within the retail industry.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
